Oh. Hello there.
Hi. I’m Kasia. I’m a Producer with a background in Project Management. Aka, I'm organized AF, trust me, I produced a broadcast campaign at the same time as my own (destination) wedding…even though I had a wedding planner. I’ve worked across a number of 360 initiatives at large and small agencies — film, photography, print, OOH, activations, digital, social, post production, and new business — giving me insight into all the functions that are essential to most creative and production processes.
I’m happiest when I’m engaging with people and building relationships. I thrive in collaborative, high-energy environments that motivate me to problem solve for the best approach and help produce the best work. I hate to admit it, but I really am most efficient when there’s full-fledged chaos and T-3 days to ship.
I get really excited when a good concept comes my way — creative that's smart, unique, beautiful, relevant, and meaningful (something that has the ability to avoid expected and go beyond a traditional "ad").
I believe that the best work of my career is still ahead of me so long as I continue to develop relationships with the best in the business, look for smarter ways to get things done, ask all the questions, and remember to have fun along the way.
I’m first generation American, and I speak Polish which is actually the most useful second language to know ;P
When I'm not producing, I'm taking extremely long walks, obsessing over fashion and design, wishing I was at Fanelli’s, making jewelry, traveling, and watching a lot of crime thrillers.
